Service Description

Many thanks for booking onlineWe will contact you in the next 24 hours to confirm your appointment with Mr Yazan Masannat. The initial appointment will be 10-15 minutes, you will have scans and get seen for the results on the same day. Should you have any letters, scans, or reports relating to your treatment to date, please bring these with you to the consultation. This email sets out some important information that I am required by law to provide to you. This is for your information only and is not a bill. As this includes information about my charges, if you do not have private medical insurance. If someone else will be paying your bill, you may wish to forward this to them. If you are self-funding, please note that we require pre-payment to confirm your appointment. In some clinics/hospitals that I work, there are packages that include the consultation fees and the scans. If you book in one of these clinics, then you can pay for the package price onsite. Consultation Fee: My standard fee for an initial consultation will not exceed £325 and my fee for any follow-up consultation will not exceed £250. Following the consultation, you may need tests (such as blood tests or imaging, e.g. mammogram, ultrasound scan). If the test is undertaken the fees for those will be determined by the clinic/hospital and charged to you, or your private medical insurer, separately. GP Details: I would appreciate it if you could provide your GP details Private Medical Insurance: If you have private medical insurance, please contact them before the consultation, to check your level and type of outpatient cover. If you are insured, or if a third party is responsible for paying for your treatment, your fees and expenses may be covered, and we will invoice them directly. However, if for any reason, the insurer or third party does not cover the fees in full, or if there is a shortfall or excess, you are responsible for paying any balance due. Please provide us with your membership number and authorisation code ahead of your appointment. If the test is undertaken the fees for those will be determined by the clinic/hospital and charged to you, or your private medical insurer, separately. GP Details: I would really appreciate it if you could provide your GP details Private Medical Insurance: If you have private medical insurance, please contact them before the consultation, to check your policy, particularly the level and type of outpatient cover. If you are insured, or if a third party is responsible for paying for your treatment, your fees and expenses may be covered, and we will invoice them directly if a billing agreement is in place. However, if for any reason, the insurer or third party does not cover the fees in full, or if there is a shortfall or excess to pay, you are responsible for paying any balance due. We will therefore ask you for debit or credit card details in order to pre-authorize the relevant fees to confirm your appointment with us. These card details will be held securely for up to 90 days. If there is a shortfall or excess to pay, we will advise you of this by email 3 working days before processing the payment. Please provide us with your membership number and authorisation code ahead of the appointment.
